Requirements:
- Bachelor degree (Students/Fresh graduates)
- Azerbaijani, English and Russian (both oral and written);
- Computer literacy in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet, Power Point);
- Telephone and business etiquette competency;
- Strong communication skills and ability to effectively communicate with different categories of staff;
- Team player;
- Effective time-management skills, ability to handle multiple tasks;
- Result-oriented and proactive in problem solving;
- Stress-resistance.
Job responsibilities:
- Staff booking, checking booking to budgets, searching for available staff upon managers’ requests;
- Organization of internal meetings (preparation of agenda based on managers requests, printing docs, preparing minutes, etc);
- Preparation of relevant forms for audit opinion signing, printing, binding, filing of KPMG copies;
- Monitoring of paper file archiving and retention status;
- Assist in proposal and tender processes, e.g. collection of required documents, binding and sending proposals, etc;
- To enhance personal professional development;
