Develop and execute a comprehensive IT transformation strategy that aligns with the company’s overall business goals and objectives.Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement new technology solutions that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the customer experience.Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement within the company’s existing technology infrastructure.Implement best practices for project management, change management, and risk management to ensure successful execution of the IT transformation initiative.Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for the company to gain a competitive advantage.Build and maintain strong relationships with key external partners, including technology vendors, consultants, and industry associations.Communicate regularly with senior executives and other stakeholders to provide updates on the progress of the IT transformation initiative.Develop and implement a comprehensive talent management strategy to attract, develop, and retain top technology talent.Develop and manage a budget for the IT transformation initiative and ensure that all projects are delivered within budget.Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the company’s technology organization.Nami̇zədə tələblər:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.At least 15 years of experience in technology leadership roles, with a track record of successfully driving large-scale change initiatives.Deep technical expertise in enterprise architecture, cloud computing, cybersecurity, data analytics, and other relevant technologies.Experience in the insurance industry is strongly preferred, with a deep understanding of industry trends and best practices.Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams to achieve ambitious goals.Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute complex transformation initiatives.Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver them on time and within budget.Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance issues related to technology in the insurance industry.A strong commitment to innovation, continuous improvement, and staying on the cutting edge of technology trends and best practices.
